Life Coaching
In 2009 I became interested in life coaching. I would often get inspired by people who follow their bliss and live their passion. This is what I wanted for myself and others. I attended several courses in Co-active Life coaching and Leadership with CTI, followed by the ORSC Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching programme. I am also a certified soul coach. If you are interested in life coaching, please email me . Below is an excerpt from an article in the Muscat Daily written by Swati Hora based on an interview with me: Through more than 15 workshops and several life coaching sessions, Dutch geologist-turned-artist and now life coach Tania Hens has offered guidance on finding one's inner self and letting it shine in the world. In her workshops and sessions, she puts forward thoughts that envision living in the moment. "As a life coach, I actually help people find their inner diamond. That's my mission. Often, people approach me with problems stemming from ever increasing busy and hectic lives. People tend to get disconnected from their souls and don't know what they want in life anymore. They may lose the inspiration and spirit to do what they are doing," said Tania. To overcome such dilemmas, Tania suggests connecting and creating. "I inspire people to connect with their inner, creative source and express what lives within and wants to come out; thus, making their dreams tangible. This helps them create and live the life of their dreams." While reading extensively comprises an important part of Tania's life, she is also a coach from CTI (Coaches Training Institute), having trained in Dubai and Spain. "The course was about co-active coaching. It is called co-active because it requires active and collaborative participation from both the coach and client. The coach is there to empower people to find their own answers. “When I coach, I use creative expression in the form of dance or movement and drawing, painting or making collages. It is often easier for people to express themselves this way rather than in words. I also use creative visualisation as a tool." “The creative expression aims to bring what started as an image, is felt and experienced in the body, out into the open on paper, to make it visible and tangible, so that the experience can be shared with others,” explained Tania.
