From early childhood on music has been one of my sources of inspiration and I love to move to music. ln 2003 one morning I woke up and decided I wanted to dance and signed up for dance improvisation and movement classes with Monica Ouwens, which were so inspiring that in 2004 I decided to do a Materclass with her as well (see links ). A new world opened for me. Moving to music and dancing helped me to re-connect to my inner Source and express myself more freely, also in dance, singing, painting and writing. I also use this technique in some of my workshops and in life-coaching.
